STIGMATIZED PROPERTY

House-hunting has declined due to the economy which our country is currently experiencing, but the fact that diligence should be taken in these cases-nonetheless. We think of house-hunting as a opportunity to purchase a new home for an expanding family or for strange reasons such as noisy neighbors or whatever.
Questions during the purchase of a home are usually queries about cockroach extermination are as macabre as they usually get. The mere thought of the discussion here might just put one’s hairs on end but people need to be even more aware of it considering this kind of activity is increasing. Things that go bump in the night are subjects discussed during this particular time of the year, being that it’s close to Halloween but the ‘bump’ I’m referring to is a rumor of a haunted home.

In real estate, stigmatized property which buyers shun for reasons that are unrelated to its physical condition or features. These include murder, suicide, or even AIDS.
There are several types of stigmas attached to sales of property which force disclosure;
- Public stigma-a wide selection of population can be expected to know of it, with the example including Amityville Horror, and then we have the home of the Menendez Brothers. The home of the Menendez brothers lost more that $1 millions dollars in value when it was sold!
- Criminal stigma-the property was used in the ongoing commission of a crime.
- Murder/Suicide stigma-some jurisdictions in the US require property sellers to reveal if a murder or suicide occurred on the premises.
- Debt stigma-debtors moved out of the home leaving collectors to harass the new home owners.
- Minimal stigma-is known to a small, or selective group which is unlikely to affect the ability to sell a property.
- Phenomena stigma-many (but not all) jurisdictions require disclosure if a house is renowned for “haunting”, ghost sightings, etc.
But the one I would like to discuss is the haunted concept.
Currently in 13 states, it is a legal requisite to disclose the necessary information pertaining to this kind of events in the history of a home. This falls into two categories: demonstrable (physical), as well as emotional and those requirements vary per state.

“BUYER BEWARE”
In the United States, the principle of caveat emptor (“let the buyer beware”) was held for many years to govern sales, and was the idea was an implied warranty of inhabitability, however, issues like the stigma attached property based on acts, “haunting”, or criminal activity began to make their way into legal precedents.
In some people’s eyes, if there has been tangible evidence of incidents occurring, no matter the frequency they would decline the property. But, then you have those who would consider it a challenge. Due to the fact that many homes in most communities are at the very least 20 years old, and some hundreds leaves no doubt that the odds of a haunted house in the area increases.
One such home on the market which had a stigma was Jeffery Dahmer’s childhood home in Ohio in August 2012, but do you hear of haunted homes as often as this first example? The answer is plainly no.
Reluctance on the part of the homeowner to admit their home is haunted is plainly due to the circumstances of being called a ‘crazy’ person, but supernatural phenomena incidents are increasing exponentially. Some would argue that this is due to the abundance of avenues in which to publicize such an occurrence, but the increase in teams which investigate this kind of activity should be a hint in this regard that it has indeed increased. We get the picture of a super-charged pack on their back like in the popular movie, “Ghostbusters” but this is not the case. It is so much more complicated, and dangerous.

A recent example would be that of Jack Roth, who wrote and produced a pilot episode for the television show, “Hauntings: A Journey Into the Unknown.”
Jack: “Probably the scariest thing that’s ever happened to me during an investigation was when we were investigating a Masonic lodge in Florida, and we had gone up to the top floor – and there were about four of us up there. And suddenly, on the floor below us, we heard what sounded like an animal growling. And it was the most guttural, scary sound I think I’ve ever heard in my life. And we had been told, before we went into the Masonic temple, that this place was extremely, not only extremely haunted, but very scary in what was going on there. So when we heard that growl, I got to be honest, I really wanted to stop the investigation then and there because I was afraid to be in that building.”

HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT
Renting-I know that the same applies for renting a home if you do so through a realtor but if you just rent from Harry or Joe…I don’t believe there exists and disclosure law which apply. Now this may be different for each state, but upon researching this I did not find any laws at all.
BEFORE YOU RENT A HOME-use your intuition…this is the voice of the Holy Spirit! If you sense any kind of entity or presence-DO NOT MOVE THERE!
So, this should make your attention span increase! I know mine would. I’ve lived in older homes, and one in particular was very old. I felt odd when we first went into one particular home.
*We had been there about a month and we owned several television sets…each one independently went out….each in separate rooms. My husband had a sleep study performed in the home due to his breathing problems (which still occur-sleep apnea) and the tests were inconclusive due to outside sources which interfered with the electric currents. STRANGE! Huh?
*Well, we never had any other phenomena but I will tell you my children were into some bad habits.
*My husband and I had to undergo ‘marital counseling’ due to problems we were experiencing at the time.
So, can we definitively say it was paranormal no…but I will tell you there was negative energy in that house!

This is exactly this kind of activity to watch out for…here’s more…
People begin to notice strange events happening like a feeling of a negative energy, being watched, or things moving on their own; things coming up missing and then finding the three days later, all the while blaming each other in the meantime which causes stress; faucets turning on and off, showers will turn on and off….even voices being heard. Electricity flickering, or turning off. Shadows, apparitions. Doorknobs being turned, doors ajar that were closed. Very common are footsteps on the stairs, or knocking in the wall or ceilings. Some smell odd things like fresh-cut roses, or sulfur, perfume, or cigar smoke when no one in the home smokes. People have described their hair being ‘flipped’. Scooby Doo tends to bark more, and growl at ‘nothing’ and even worse. People may begin to see a change in personalities of one or more people in the home. They will get angry over nothing, or maybe they seclude themselves away in their room, wanting no contact, even with loved ones.
When it turns malevolent in the home, and the entity is angry…things take a turn for the worse. I tend to think that the idea of a ‘good’ ghost is ridiculous. So, if you’re having a degree of symptoms which make your hair stand on end then it’s time to take a stand of your own!
- 1. Purchase olive oil, and some dead sea salt.
- 2. Write/print out prayers for archangels to help fight the demonic. (NOT TO SAINT MICHAEL…this is a fraud!)
- 3. Add to this — Psalms 91
Now…take the dead sea salt and pour it at every exit, or entry in the home including windows and closets and even basements and attics.
Take the olive oil and put some in a small bowl and pray over it. Take some on your finger and draw a cross over every door jam in and out of your home.

Now, say these prayers above in EVERY room! Firmly announce these prayers. IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, leave my home! Announce that Jesus Christ forbids their presence in your home. Don’t be shy! Tell Satan and his demons to leave your home, they do not have authority over you, your loved ones or your home and possessions.
Do this once a week, at least. If the activity increases this is because your doing the RIGHT thing. If anyone is hurt during any activity in your home, please contact a Priest.
Please DO NOT contact a medium or psychic! These are NOT avenues which GOD tells us to use.
Jesus Christ tells us we do have authority over this kinds of activity, but ONLY is HIS Name!

Saint Michael Prayers? Are you Catholic?

Michael is an Arch Angel! Religion has nothing to do with it. Sadly religion has brought many negative connotations to GODLY things.

I just wanted to add that if you bind the demons first they are weakened and there is much less chance of a struggle or injury. Its also important to break any legal bindings they may have for being there. Like for instance, if you own a Ouija board that is an object that they can use as a portal and it gives them legal grounds to stay put. So its important to make sure you have no unclean objects in your home first. Here is a good site for some binding prayers:) http://www.cindyprayers.com/prayers/prayers-for-binding-evil.html
Just trying to help. Yahweh bless.

The Catholic “saints” are different than angels and apostles, but rather demonic substitutes… much like “Master Jesus” a substitute for Jesus Christ. You’ve got a good PDF for keeping evil spirits at bay.. personally, I know enough to say my own prayers of spiritual warfare.. and with minimal education, anyone can.. and besides, God oftentimes fills in the gaps of our lack of understanding. Before saying any prayers though, I’d destroy all legal grounds that give evil spirits the right to stay.. as long as you have such objects without destroying them when possible, or breaking curses, all the prayers and exercises in Exousia won’t do much good. It’s like kicking someone out of your house, who has their own key.

Rob,
I’ve wondered at time if this ‘angel’ called St. Michael of the RCC was the same as the Ascended Master? I’ve thought, why would an angel need to be called a ‘saint’…an angel never has a ‘body’…fleshly body. But, now I realize this is one and the same.
I feel like a complete idiot. I have misled people into using this prayer and calling him for assistance in fighting for us! I am such a fool!
I’m am going now and changing ANY advice pertaining to him right now! Thank GOD for you. Yes, GOD knows my heart and no doubt fills the gap of my ignorance. Praise GOD! Love, V

Morning/Afternoon! I understand Virginia.
At one time for a period of 2 or 3 weeks, I actually started to believe God might be an alien. lol …but you know, the spirit of truth brings us back to the narrow path eventually, as long as we pursue. Better sooner than later. Oftentimes I can look back on events in my life and think I was such an idiot! Even if I forgot the events of my life up until today, I am sure I would still be able to look back and find such things in the future. lol ..but that goes to show the work of satan in making us feel inadequate, and oftentimes we forget to forgive ourselves, even having forgiven many others. Oh, GREAT article this morning, btw. =o) That was one of the first sets of scripture that a local pastor used in a sermon when he finally gained enough courage to begin warming up his congregation upto “deliverance”. Oh, and one of the ways I knew about the RCC “saints”, is because during many deliverance sessions, they have been cast out of people. Kinda hard to upset a holy angel of God, let alone cast them out.
Well, I’mma go piddle around.. lol (My cat just jumped up on the back of my office chair! like some kinda parrot!) Have a good one

Bro Rob,
You are an inspiration to me and I thank GOD for your presence in my life. I know I went to bed last night and prayed so hard for GOD to forgive me of my ignorance and to cast out these demonic ‘angels’…in my book they don’t even have the right to be called angels. They lost those rights a loooonnng time ago. GOD have mercy on their souls.
I know many will have to account for their misleading others and I just want to say…PLEASE forgive me if I have mislead anyone on this blog. It was not intended.
Sounds like your kiddy kiddy is curious about what your doing! Cute.
Have a good one! Love, V

That is something that came up this week to me.. about being judged for what we do, or don’t tell others. This self proclaimed missionary on FB was accusing me of “christian gossip” after I had said something about witches infiltrating Chick’s organization, and how it showed up in their publications as new age doctrine. I told him that there wasn’t any gossip, but truth witnessed for myself, and that I was not going to be a dumb dog that won’t bark…. I’ve already saw where that goes.. I’d rather my dog have a few false alarms than to sit there and watch someone break into the house. Too many dumb dogs have allowed the sheep to be skinned by these religious hucksters and hustlers. ..but should I be wrong at times, I hope my pride is dead enough to allow me to admit it.
